Suddenly, I've noticed, that enabling JS on sites, causes refreshing of all localhost:* pages.
In pre-previous built that didn't happen.
It would be nice to be fixed.

By localhost:* do you mean an explicit port specification is needed to reproduce, or http://localhost is affected as well?
Have you got any secondary script source in your localhost scripts?
Did you try NoScript Options|Reset?

I'd be interested in that response too. I run alot of localhost testing for websites, intranets and so no and I have yet to run into this. I am wondering if you can elaborate more on the distinction that Giorgio made? That way I can try and see if I can replicate this.
