Thanks to it, I pushed further investigation and discovered that If noscript.surrogate.enabled is TRUE the Write a review in google play store button won't trigger anything. Unless NS options follow these rules:
Disable ABE
Allow google-analytics.com (if only this option is enabled, the button will trigger - if you reload the page more than one time after clearing cache - but the edit dialog will never load)

It's weird that the spam filter is getting you for that. Would you like us to try to edit the links in your post?
Why not with other related direct links. It will speed up tests for others.
