If I have this box checked, autoreload wont work at all.
Thats been the problem for me the whole time since 2.9.5.3

I installed 2.9.5.2 on PM 64 with the rdf hack and the browser was very slow loading pages and lagged badly.

Pale Moon vs a supported browser is irrelevant in this case, there are a LOT of threads here about XSS issues relating to NoScript 2.9.0.5 update. This is surely a NoScript bug.
