How have you determined this is caused by NoScript?

NoScript is known to cause issues and not work in Pale Moon >= 33 - viewtopic.php?t=27128

This is not currently possible in NoScript. It will become possible when ABE is brought back. No idea the current status of that effort.

Set the item you want to delete to Default, it will be deleted when you close or reload the NoScript Options page.
