I can confirm it's neither of those. This is a different issue.
- Make a file that does something using scripts.
- Open Firefox. Then open the file using cmd 'firefox.exe myfile.html'.
- You might have to reload the page but the script should run even though NoScript is configured to block it.

This is probably going to cause issues for a bunch of people. Is there a reason this was changed to ipv6 loopback? Can you not use the fe80:: link-local address instead? That's not he loopback address ([::1]), but the unspecified address , and it was chosen exactly to avoid these kind of conflicts ...

If I start LibreOffice when FF is already running and click Help or press F1 in LibreOffice, LO always tells me I need to load JavaScript. That message comes from an HTML file in my LO folder.
