With Javascript disabled I can't even click the "New Message" button, and with it enabled everything seems to work fine for me (tested at http://lithosphere.lithium.com/lithium/ ... .id=forums).
BTW: Their JS code is a mess.

What if a popular anti-malware program such as spybot search & destroy could be partnered with this extension? That should be possible, did you ask the makers of Spybot-S&D about it? If spybot could work with this extension and preconfiger the hostsperm.1 file for you, it'd be just sublime....
