New STR from new profile:

1) make sure e10s is enabled

2) visit forums.informaction.com by typing in the address bar

3) NoScript Options > Advanced > ABE > USER, add

Have you tried disabling e10s/electrolysis/multi-process by setting browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 and/or browser.tabs.remote.autostart to false in about config? This seems to make noscript work better in Nightly. e10s are disabled as ...

SeaMonkey, so there is no e10s.

And to note, that was on XP.
I don't think I've seen the same on Win7.

Yes it would be nice. Suspect its the same as, well, take your pick, +bookmarklet* . e10s, various browser versions, various NoScript versions. In any case, point is, unless you allow the domain, bookmarklets (& likewise Violtentmonkey) scripts don't work, which sucks, ...
