Re: UI Feature Request - Classic
Hi, New popup menu is not entirely intuitive for me. I'd love to see option to switch menu layout from "new" to let's say "classic" which blends nicely with native Firefox dialogs. Made some CSS/HTML tinkering in NS code to show what I have in mind by saying "classic":...

Re: NoScript version 10 settings location
Looks like it stores its data in your Firefox profile folder in a SQLite database named storage-sync.sqlite, under the table named content_data, collection_name default/{73a6fe31-595d-460b-a920-fcc0f8843232}... I have another add-on I've used that does the same thing. Basically, it's a bit more diff...

Re: NoScript UI Design proposals?
@barbaz what are your impressions of ScriptSafe https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... lahbdbdgdf
It's a Chrome extension. I've used it in Chrome some to get a similar NoScript experience. I can't say I'm a complete fan but it's a little more descriptive.

Re: NoScript UI Design proposals?
Policeman is dead and µMatrix UI has a very steep learning curve (being intended only for advanced users, unlike NoScript which is supposed to be accessible to intermediate users). I would think that's the wrong direction for NoScript to go. I agree. Perhaps I shouldn't have listed them as if they ...

address box in global options screen lets you enter anything
if I type any alphanumeric character in the address box and hit the plus sign, the whole list does some animations and then a new item is added. I added "1" as an address, "a", "http"... Now I don't know how to delete them.

Re: Firefox 57 and NoScript
a) NoScript has always been open source. The current NoScript that we're used to simply contains the source code within itself. If you download the addon as an xpi file, rename it to a zip file and extract the zip, the source code is there, plain as day. b) In the Double NoScript blog post on Hackad...

Re: big hammer
if NoScript worked on Android I'd uninstall a few add-ons (uBO and Decentraleyes at least). Since most of what is blocked with lists is taken care of by blocking 3rd party scripts. If I had an option to temporarily allow 1st party scripts by default the mobile client would be suitable. Also, I don't...

Re: Pages not loading (Firefox Mobile 53.0a2 with NSA 3.5a14
I've had this problem with Firefox for Android when loading links in Firefox for Android from external apps even with NoScript not installed. I cannot necessarily say it's a NoScript issue. Regardless, I've opted not to use NoScript NSA for Android until it's more mature- which may not ever happen. ...

ui bug Untrusted menu immediately closes after marking sites
This has been a minor inconvenience but I've always had a workaround. With the web extension migration I wanted to bring it up. Back when Firefox had a bottom add-on bar (before Australis) you could put the NoScript add-on on the bottom bar. You can still do this for now with The Addon Bar (Restored...

What does about:support say about e10s (Multiprocess Windows line)? Multiprocess Windows 1/1 (Enabled by default) Well, update, last night I reinstalled FFox and deleted my old profile on my Linux box. I also uninstalled FFox on my Windows box at work and installed it from PortableApps and both are...

I've reinstalled FFox completely as well as completely deleting my profile with same result.
Tried on both my Windows box at work and Linux box at home.

Re: 2.9.5.2 only works on about: pages
Split from https://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22386 as this appears to be a totally different problem. Looking at the release notes I'm guessing whatever "Fixed "Allow local links" causing file:// URLs to fail" might've flipped NoScript to only work on local...
