Blocking fetchback tracking..

Hi Giorgio Maone, Well we all know here that we are being tracked all the while by stealth hidden ways e.g. via webbugs even after we have left the website in question (for instance take the so-called Fido server "fetchback"tracking). Interesting discussions to block them are to be found h...

Turn the Mozilla browser into a pen testing tool

Hi dear forum friends, With some very interesting add-ons the Firefox browser can be turned into a pen-tester tool. See an instruction video here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/28590479/Black-Hat-Webcast-Pen-Testing-the-Web-with-Firefox A small collection of add-ons for this specific aim: Multi-proxy-sw...

Re: Feature Request: Toggle warnings partially blocked sites

Hi Alan Baxter,

That is why luntrus uses the combination of NS and RP on his Mozilla browser. Partially blocking with RP is quite easy. And the third party request are to be blocked right?
I love like BS and RP work together like glove and hand,

Re: Simple NoScript

Hi Mur, I can understand your dilemma. Most common users cannot work a computer and a browser as such, and they feel lost, because the reality differs greatly from what they were set out to believe, that is that they could use a computer out of the box, can use a browser safely with default settings...

Re: Simple NoScript

Hi Mur, The use of NoScript in the default settings is not that difficult even for the n00b user. Just takes some time to adapt and a few extra mouse clicks now and then. The user have to be told what NoScript does (a tool to protect browser users against eventual suspicious and malicious script on ...

Re: NoScript 2.0 and 2.0.1rc1 performance problems

Hi miroslav policki, It could be an incompatibility issue with one of the add-ons/extensions you have installed, try to install Nightly Tester Tools: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6543/ and set in Extra - Add-ons (update) to Override all compatibility, then look in the NTT's Analyse...

Form of cross site scripting....or normal code?

Hi forum friends, Consider this piece of code: <a href="http://www.google.com" onclick="_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outbound/google']);window.open(this.href,'_self');return false;">google</a> If I give that in as a search query, it gets flagged as a cross site scripting attemp...

What settings should be used on jsunpack

Hi Giorgio Maone, At times I go and visit jsunpack to check out on a suspicious or malcoded javascript. This site is for experts only, so users that know what they are doing, because malicious code may run or spill over out of there. Therefore the visitors of jsunpack are advised to have NS installe...

Re: Google Tracking?

Hi Dwedit, Much of this is done through means of hidden JS in the header By default, Google Analytics tracks referrals from a growing list of search engines. You can also configure Analytics to identify referrals from additional search engines by adding the following line to your tracking code: page...

Using HTML purifier demo to cleanse attack vectors

Hi forum friends, Code you want to be beyond suspicion, I assume, or at least ye want to detect it to recognize it better next time around, so feed the script at hand into the online demo form and then launch the "malicious code removed module". I tested it with various XSS attack scripts ...
