Dropbox! Yes it is a good option to consider but it does not offer password encrypted database, I believe. Although I am not a tech savvy to answer the technicalities of this system . But my suggestion would be to choose a reliable cloud backup services option like Mozy, Carbonie and Crashplan. Sour...
