Yes, when I allowed the Script globally, the US Today site is working normally. Now lots of ads are flashing

There are lots of Scripts for that page. So, do I try to block one by one or any other trick to eliminate ?

I have a problem logging into Chase bank account with NoScript enabled. If I disable NoScript I can log in without any problem. When I login with NoScript enabled, the bank site says, Javascript is not enabled. I don't see any other site in NoScript menu to give permission. Only Chase.com is listed....

I checked now. Yes, the " nbcuni.com " is in the Whitelist as well.

It looks like all the sites that I gave permission are showing up in that Whitelist automatically.

Now I checked the Whitelist. The CNBC.com is already in that list.

The recorded shows are working for me, same as the link you posted now, which is not a live program.

Please click "Watch live" on the top of that screen. Does it work for you?
