Hi
I ran through the Standard diagnostic - Firefox stuff. The initial steps didn't work, but I opened up in Firefox Safe Mode, where everything worked as normal. Then when I restarted Firefox, it all worked. I don't know what actually happened - but thanks for your help.

Hi I've been having the same problem with Hotmail and YouTube. Both of which are in my White List, and up until last night, I wasn't having any problem with either of them. Now when I'm in Firefox, I can't view You Tube, and I can't open my emails in Hotmail. I tried in IE, and success with both. I ...
