Re: A couple of bugs

As FF3 is still listed as being supported .... Fx 3 ended support on April 24, 2012. Here is an official announcement, although the date is missing. Where are you seeing it being listed as "supported"? I can't really see how Mozilla's support cycle plays into this when the bugs are in NoS...

Re: A couple of bugs

As FF3 is still listed as being supported I've been trying some of the more recent builds in the hope they might silently have fixed my issues. Alas, they haven't. I suppose considering this thread has made its way to page 3 by now means there probably won't be any attempt to fix the reported bugs. ...

Re: A couple of bugs

I've got no issues downloading earlier Flash versions, but the installer refuses to downgrade my installation. I'll try temporarily uninstalling the latest version in favor of an older one even though I'm certain the issue is not with Flash (for once). I'm going to do this for the reason I've tried ...

Re: A couple of bugs

This version of Flash is unsupported on your Firefox version. Internet Explorer 7.0 and above Mozilla Firefox 4.0 and above Google Chrome Safari 5.0 and above Opera 11 Flash player archive: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html Well, it works flawlessly _except_...

Re: A couple of bugs

View Page Info > Media gives me this (with "Forbid Adobe Flash" _checked_): http://www.ppradio.dk/includes/swf/Flashbanner.swf?nocache=17042012182348 And I get the following for Shockwave Flash in about:plugins. Shockwave Flash File name: NPSWF32_11_2_202_233.dll Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202 ...

Re: A couple of bugs

Just wanted you both for helping out. ... You want us *both*? Isn't that a bit greedy? ..... (KIDDING! I knew what you meant. :D ) I just revisited your OP: The first issue has to do with Flash on whitelisted sites. When I visit www.ppradio.dk, which is a site I've whitelisted, the logo using Flash...

Re: A couple of bugs

Just wanted you both for helping out. No inside joke, or joke at all... :) Also thanks a lot for escalating this to Giorgio. I'm sure he more than has his plate full, so I'm not expecting these issues to be fixed soon or, considering the state of FF3, perhaps at all. At least we've pinpointed the or...

Re: A couple of bugs

Thanks to the links provided by dhouwn (much appreciated!) I've been able to more precisely pinpoint when my problems started. The Flash logo issue with ppradio.dk was introduced with 2.3.3 RC3 and I'm reasonably certain it's due to this bug fix (which apparently has introduced a new bug): + [ClearC...

Re: A couple of bugs

Well, I just wanted to go through the release candidate versions using the link provided, but that won't work. Although it lists the number of release candidates for each version the download link always leads to Mozilla's add-in page for NoScript, which currently lists v2.3.6. I then tried deducing...

Re: A couple of bugs

The issue with my online banking site is the same as with Hotmail. The browser simply crashes. However, as opposed to Hotmail it doesn't _always_ crash. When the banking site doesn't crash I have no issues whatsoever. There's nothing to be downloaded, by the way. The site uses NemID, which is a nati...

Re: A couple of bugs

For hotmail.com all I can post is the crash log: Add-ons: {CAFEEFAC-0016-0000-0031-ABCDEFFEDCBA}:6.0.31 That looks like Java. The "Cafe" + "cafe (backwards)" is a dead give0away. ("Java" is en-US slang for coffee; hence the coffee-cup logo.) Java is a plug-in, not an a...

Re: A couple of bugs

I'm not sure how much this helps but for ppradio.dk the error console lists the following: Error: key is null Source File: file:///D:/Program%20Files/Firefox/components/nsUrlClassifierLib.js Line: 1173 Warning: Error in parsing value for property 'background-color'. Declaration dropped. Source File:...

Re: A couple of bugs

Sorry for the late reply. Was away over Easter... :) I tried your suggestion about creating a new profile with the profile manager (was at best dimly aware of this feature). Only thing added to this profile was the latest stable build of NoScript, v2.3.7. I then visited the mentioned sites and, sadl...
