I'm sorry about my initial complaint. I don't remember placing paypal.com into my permanent whitelist before the transaction started, IOW, it may have been user error.

Thanks to Noscript, my attempt to purchase from 4allmemory.com was blocked in such a way as to leave $60 from my paypal account in limbo. I hope you get an answer for your problem. I have the exact same situation. I can install globally using one user account, but other user accounts can't use the extension. I get this error message: Firefox could not install this item because "install.rdf" (provided by the item) is not well...
