The problem solved itself. I with I knew why it didn't work, before.

Upon restarting Firefox, FlashGot options no longer had JDownloader highlighted (to which I had set JDownloader 2) and defaulted back to curl. I tried setting JDownloader 2 to /usr/bin/jdownloader, ~/.jdownloader/JDownloader, and ~/.jdownloader/JDownloader.jar -- still the same problem with no dialo...

Sent. Meanwhile, I found a workaround. I still had JDownloader installed. I moved the .jdownloader directory to .jdownloader-old, and moved the jd2 directory to .jdownloader. I noticed the unselected netload links are text/html.

Running nightly with jdownloader
Is there a way to disable the new style selector dialog? When downloading multi-part files It adds extra steps to checkmark each part individually.
