Is NS still conflicting with Adblock?

I read an article that said NS is disabling some features of Adblock so that NS adds are not blocked. Is this still going on? Is NS changing any FireFox or addons at all?

[Resolved] Only allow a site when connected to it?

I would like to allow Facebook but only when I am actually using the main website and I do not want to allow it any other time. Is this possible?
