It would be nice to have another option in the Embedding pane perhaps labeled "Apply these restrictions to auto-allowed sites too" if the "Temporarily allow top-level sites by default" is checked so that sites that are semi-trusted are not given the full privileges of trusted sit...

Unfortunately I can not find where this happened or reproduce it. I remember it happening when I was playing a video and then marked an advertising site as untrusted. I shall continue to try to reproduce this.

Marking a website that is currently not allowed to run as untrusted causes the page to reload if "Automatically reload … when permissions change" is checked. Since the permissions did not effectively change, the page should not reload.
