Firefox Sync syncs the configuration but it is reseted to default if a new machine is added to firefox sync. There is no backup and Firefox does not allow to restore an old version. The only way to avoid this is to export the preferences and import it again after machine adding.

So, after testing several days: The problem is fixed using a disabled "Allow sites to push their own rulesets checkbox".

So it's a site problem?

The problem with humblebundle was a server side problem. I wrote a mail to the owner and he responds.

And the other website: Yesterday I updated my installed firefox to 3.6.26 and it worked. My portable 3.6.25 has still the problem with it. I just wait for the delivered update and will retry again.

I created a new firefox profile and it is now working.

Obviously I missed to white list a domain because now it is working (or my firefox profile was currupt). Whatever.

It is working now.

Could you please use mozilla's beta channel possibility for beta versions? So the beta will update by default like other addons.
Otherwise all users must check for new betas every day/hour/minute/second.
