13.0.6.902 did not fix for me. Win11 Firefox 140.0.2 I do not use vertical tabs, have all suggestions, preloading and the like turned off. I've disabled the AI chat sidebar in about:config. I first noticed issues with the (sidebar*) listings and after that was fixed now the numerous moz-extension://...
