Strange. After updating beta version from the site (and having a couple of weeks without hanging) to the version from the Mozilla store the browaser is againg hanging sometimes. Although, the versions should be the same.

I have FF 108.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 7. I have installed the latest beta 11.4.14rc2 of NoScript, but the pages loading still hanging sometimes (typically once a day).
(If you need help with debugging like attaching debugger to the browser or running some debug-enabled version, I could try.)
