I just verified the behaviour: yes, it goes away when closing the Outlook 365 tab. The CPU usage was very high in Brave Task Manager for both the task for Noscript as well as the task for Outlook 365. Said spike occurred almost immediately after activating noscript and reloading the Outlook 365 tab....

I have noticed exactly the same behaviour with the Brave browser. The problem occurs for me on Microsoft Outlook 365, so office.outlook.com, with both default and trusted settings.
