On first glance (just 2 or 3 restarts of the browser) 32rc1 seems to solve the issue I'll keep watching.

I'm facing similiar issues. About two weeks ago my noscript settings were no longer saved. I started with a fresh profile and everything worked fine. Today the problem startet again and noscript settings are no longer saved. I'm not using FF Sync FF 77.0.1, Noscript 11.0.31 Playing around with FF hi...
