I see. In https://github.com/hackademix/noscript/issues/102#issuecomment-533972482 I further changed my feature request as in "some mechanism that any webextension can use". Would you prefer to use https://github.com/hackademix/noscript/issues/102#issuecomment-533972482 to avoid duplication?

By pref I mean related to about:config. The default whitelist could be an about:config string. Such as:
