sorry, my bad I actually used the forward slashes. As Far as a repro I neglected to mention this is on a win10 pro 1803 OS with windows defender disabled and Zonealarm being used as the firewall/antivirus + Malwarebytes. Very frustrating and specific issue. If I use firefox 64.0 with noscripts 10.2.1 and type in https:\\www.lowes.com I get access denied with the url identified as http:\\www.lowes.com. by painful process 0f elimination I had to pre trust the site to get access. first I don't want to pre trust ANY ...
