The pastebin is really useful. Could you try disabling session restore (start with a blank page, rather than with last tabs) and see whether this keeps happening? I suspect there's some internationalized domain (e.g. with Japanese characters) among the sites which are saved in your session restore ...

So i started experiencing an infinite loading loop while noscript is activated, i have the latest version, i've run my antivirus and malwarebytes for malware/virus, reinstalled NS and it's still behaving the same way as if it was infected.
