After a browser close or PC shutdown, I open website and have to set to "Trusted" all over again. It's getting annoying. What am I missing?

All right, so. Uninstalled NoScript. Closed Firefox and restarted my PC. Reopened Firefox, installed NoScript from Mozilla's site again. How to COMPLETELY Remove NS History from FF - NS 10.3.1c2
Hello
I remove the addon > restart Firefox > Install addon again > all the history is in memory.
I want to start fresh as it is all messed up.
How can I, where do I delete all the remembered history?
