Re: RFE: Re-UNTRUST TEMP CUSTOM on Reload or browser closure
I agree about sandboxing - it would seem that such should apply to every application which accesses a network anything these days. Nevertheless, I still believe that my request is well worthwhile ... even if it is not implemented. If there is a major change in my circumstances, then I'll consider su...

Re: Some relevant discussion over at "ghacksuserjs":
Perhaps Giorgio may wish to at least review the first thread listed above - given that it is a discussion about NoScript, and maybe even respond on that particular thread if he deems it necessary. As for the 2nd thread, it is a discussion about *workers. Have you not seen the ghacksuserjs site? A sm...

Re: RFE: Re-UNTRUST TEMP CUSTOM on Reload or browser closure
I still think that the ability to do this is worthwhile: It is all about context : There are many sites/domains/addresses which I prefer to blacklist and have remain as such. Unfortunately there are some 1st party sites who currently require elements from 3rd party domains in a similar "class&q...

RFE: Revised method for selecting "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM":
@Giorgio: In light of your feedback at https://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=24422&sid=c4db8d03e254058943ba87d472a0900c A revised proposal which would not require a separate button, and may not impact the Android UI, is outlined below: 1. Click "CUSTOM" at the requir...

Some relevant discussion over at "ghacksuserjs":
May I bring to your attention; at least two threads over at "ghacksuserjs": https://github.com/ghacksuserjs/ghacks-user.js/issues Specifically : * Q: What does NS have (or will have) that uBo+uM don't #319: https://github.com/ghacksuserjs/ghacks-user.js/issues/319 * uMatrix: "no-worke...

Re: RFE: Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button:
A good point that I have quibbled with prior to this RFE. I was driven by those moments when one forgets to click the clock because essentlally one is fatigued....which probably means one should not be browsing, but sleeping!! I'm not too fussed if it's not viable at this stage, or at all for that m...

Re: RFE: Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button:
So long as the proposed separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button is clearly visibly different from the "CUSTOM" button, then I'd be just as happy.

RFE: Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button:
Create a separate "Temporarly Allow CUSTOM" button and have the clock enlarge when activated.

RFE: Re-UNTRUST TEMP CUSTOM on Reload or browser closure:
It would be very nice to have the ability to apply a "Temporary CUSTOM" setting to an "UNTRUSTED" address, and then have it reliably return to "UNTRUSTED" every time the site is no longer required in the course of a browsing session (e.g; via "Revoke Temporary Perm...

Re: permissions aren't persisted
@Barbaz: Thanks for the heads up, and reminder regarding Firejail - much appreciated. Firejail has been on my very dusty "to do list". @The Forum: I could achieve similar by de-activating all categories in "DEFAULT", however I do not wish to alter "DEFAULT"'s , default ...

Re: permissions aren't persisted
Hi. I'll begin by apologising for my delayed response - I've been away from an available terminal. Thanks for the reminder Bo. I do seem to remember now, the old "Classic" behaviour regarding temporarily allowing a blacklisted address, and then having to manually blacklist said address aga...

Re: permissions aren't persisted
I can replicate similar behaviour on my GNU/Linux system. For example; starting with a fresh NoScript installation: 01. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ 02. Click on the NoScript icon in the browser toolbar. 03. Two entries are listed, both as "DEFAULT"!! The entries are: &...

Re: Export function stopped working
I can replicate exactly Tomatix's issue everytime: Export function does not work on my Linux system: * NoScript version: 10.1.6 * Firefox-57.0.2: 64-bit on Debian GNU/Linux: Pre-compiled binary installed to /usr/local/lib/ sourced from: https://download-installer.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases...

Re: NoScript-10+ & NoScript-5+ Feature Requests & Comments:
One assurance I desperately seek is: Will the NS-10+ branch retain at the very least; all of the same functions and granularity as the old (NS-5+) branch? In addition to my first post on this thread; some of NoScript's valuable & unique functions in the NS-5+ branch that I'd like to see continue...
