I also noticed the same thing. 10.1.4 fixes the window maximize issue, but now some sites don't work at all, even though they are allowed. Allowing all scripts globally, makes the sites work again.

I could be wrong, but this new version appears to perform the window action "restore" before displaying the no script dialog, when I click the no script button from the toolbar.
I have to reclick "maximize" on my Firefox window everytime I have clicked the no script button.
