I share your frustration. Blog posts say it is coming. I will hope soon, but timing on software is often driven by factors that seem odd to users.

If the padlock is green, then the entry for that site only applies to HTTPS. If red, HTTP & HTTPS.

Personally, I think red & green should have different text: "HTTPS only" vs. "HTTP & HTTPS."
