So I decided to take this opportunity to do a completely fresh Firefox install rather than update from Firefox 56 to 57, but before I removed Firefox 56 I backed up the Noscript whitelist. I've now installed the new Noscript but obviously it is a work in progress and there is no GUI option to import...
