The latest version seems to stop the XSS warnings and is a vast improvement. You may get a little box with block script but that goes away.
Far Better than the first version of NoScript.

Re: I had to remove NoScript- I was going insane
I have temporarily resolved the XSS popups ,just clear the History Tab . That seems to stop the popups for a while . Was kind of wondering why a site i visited prior to installing the NS10 in Firefox was being detected. And i looked in the History tab and noticed it was in the list of 2 weeks ago. S...

Re: recurring XSS popup??
I think this might be a reflection on how Firefox runs . If you look in the task manager FF is opened 4 times thus allowing memory to be cached in case of dropouts. Re: XSS block/allow pop up
I am getting the same issue too.
But it seems to be saving scripts in the background as they always popup after opening FF after closing it down after getting the Xscript error.
I suppose we are getting these "Teething Issues" ,annoying but at least you know its working.

Re: NoScript 5.1.7 in FF56
I had a FF52 and 5.1.7 was blocking most sites saying webpage could not load . Just updated Noscript this morning when I booted ff. Now I have to keep Noscript turned off which is painful. Also just updated ff57 and now must wait for new noscript version.
