Hello there. Since quite a while I have the problem that NoScript forbids every page that I open. Only after I refresh the page, it will allow things based on the configured rules. I can verify this.
First I thought it was that Firefox needed a restart after updating NoScript, but it keeps happening repeatedly without any obvious reason.

Ok it seems that restarting Firefox all together fixed the issue.
