Re: Latest NS glitches on Facebook
Not that I can see. Full disclosure, interpreting console data is not my strength, but a failed test post of copypasted text (with NS enabled) resulted only in this AFAICT (single line from console edited for ease of viewing) ~ no mention of NS that I can see in the console list https://imgur.com/a/...

[Unrelated] UPDATE in first post - Latest NS glitches on Facebook
As of today disabling NS no longer fixes this issue -- it absolutely did when I posted -- so I have to assume the source of the problem is elsewhere. Sorry for the inconvenience ~ So long, and thanks for all the fish! ******************** Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 Firefox 123.0.1 NoScript 11.4.29 As o...

Re: ABE entry: how to write?
See while I understand the concept of sandboxing (heck, I use Sandboxie from time to time) I wasn't 100% certain how it worked in the context of NoScript's ABE functions. Suffice it say I'll come back to GµårÐïåñ's detailed explanation every few years, maybe I'll get it down the line. ;-) Thanks all.

Re: ABE entry: how to write?
As always, a thousand thank-you's!
Question: that final Sandbox is not something I recall from the examples I've seen -- is there a basic explanation of its function?

ABE entry: how to write?
I'm conversant in NoScript generally but only as an end-user with zero coding experience and a brain that makes sure it won't get any more. ;-) Was hoping somebody wouldn't mind writing a single user ABE entry for me because I'm afraid of the consequences of getting it wrong. All I want to do is: au...

Re: Persistent Citibank issue caused by NoScript
You are using Firefox 51, which does not have a built-in XSS filter. Thus, this thread irrelevant to your problem. You're looking for this thread - https://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22574 Yeah thanks I read that page, but I didn't see anything solution-wise. It may well be in ...

Re: Persistent Citibank issue caused by NoScript
the only other thing to do is switch the XSS exception to match origin of request. I too have been having the Citibank (online.citi.com) whiteout scripting freezes and have taken to making payments *gasp* by phone! I KNOW! So having read through this entire page and other threads, allow me to say, ...

Re: [RESOLVED] NOScript causing page reloads on OneDrive
For me with surrogates enabled (default) OneDrive still reloads but now stops once I "temp allow all scripts" at which point I can, blessedly, actually work with the contents. Not sure which connections might still be at issue -- I can see optimizely and modpim but there are others in the ...

Re: NOScript causing page reloads on OneDrive
I've been tearing random strangers' hair out over this one for a while now -- running FF 45.0.2 w/ NS 2.9.0.11 -- OneDrive has been unusable since whatever happened happened. I tried all the other suggestions I stumbled on (disabling tracking protection, allowing scripts globally, letting the cat ou...

Re: Netflix errors w/ NS enabled
Updated reply: I was able to restore all Netflix functionality by the following method: 1. Uninstall Noscript 2. Reset (del) all retained NoScript configs 3. Close FF and wipe the cache/cookies 4. Re-install NoScript 2.9.0.10 5. Manually edit the noscript.default pref to remove all references to Net...

Re: Netflix errors w/ NS enabled
Modifying that pref / list does not seem to work as long as the whitelist https pref defaults to true. It's an odd list of items -- some I've never knowingly had anything to do with.
Does globally disabling that https pref have significant security implications, would you say?

Re: Netflix errors w/ NS enabled
I grok. Two questions: Is that setting reachable from within the NS interface itself? and is there a way to apply it to Netflix and its subsidiaries only?
Either way, thanks!

Re: Netflix errors w/ NS enabled
That seems to do the trick indeed! -- May I ask what that pref setting actually means -- esp re other sites?

SOLVED -- Netflix errors w/ NS enabled
Windows 7 Home premium x64 / Firefox 45.0 x64 / NoScript 2.9.0.10 Since upgrading to the NoScript 2.9.x series I'm having two Netflix issues I cannot pinpoint or resolve: (A) Member reviews on the DVD site (dvd.netflix.com) do not show - ex: http://imgur.com/zzIlO0y (B) The "Add to Queue"...
