Re: Disable gestures on mobile
The rationale for this feature: "New Firefox for Android menu buries extensions deep down into a click pit. But now you can summon your NoScript quickly by sketching a "S" on the web page" Solid rationale and thanks for the term 'click pit'! Great description of Firefox's 'impro...

Open Settings Button does not switch to that new tab
NS 13.6.3 (for Android) Fennec 147.0.0 When viewing permissions for a page, and clicking on the 🚫 S 🔧 icon, the settings open in a new tab (last tab position regardless of position of current tab) but focus is not directed to that tab. It would be better if focus were sent to the newly opened settin...

Re: Disable gestures on mobile
According to the ChangeLog, this is 'Gesture S to open NS settings' I'd like this surprising and currently intrusive new feature to be both modified and optional. The angle that it triggers the capture of the gesture is about 225° (down and left). This is pretty identical to a standard down scroll b...

Re: NoScript and Firefox Sync
I am posting to get into the loop on this thread.
I recently lost all my settings from NS on Android (FF required reinstalling)
I do use Sync, and would be delighted if NS synced at least the whitelist.
Thanks

Where are NoScript settings to back them up?
Firefox 85.1.3 is crashing on startup. It happened with 85.1.1 and that required an uninstall and reinstall. I lost all of my mobile NoScript settings; I don't want to lose everything again. Two queries: Please tell me which files/directories I need to copy to salvage whitelist data. (I am accessing...

cross-post split from t=25388
Well, I've explored, tried and failed. Could someone help me do the same on Android? Consider me a relative noob messing about with my rooted, degoogled Android phone. Where are the NoScript settings on Firefox 85.1.3 that is crashing and probably needs uninstalled and reinstalled? For the second ti...

Re: XSS false positive breaks OpenID on stackexchange sites
Just to confirm that this is now repeating... unable to log in today, even using Unsafely Reload, without disabling: Options | Advanced | XSS | 'Sanitise...' and 'Turn Cross Site...'
When I've disabled these, I'm able to log in fine. I can pm you Console details... How much do you want?
