It was the notifications tab that did it. I simply reset it, and the toolbar came back.

Normally NoScript has a toolbar at the bottom of the webpage that I can click on to select what script I want to use for any given webpage. But recent, when deactivating/reactivating the Add on in Firefox, it has disappeared completely. I've gone threw the FAQ as well as going so far as to reinstall...
