i didn't need to import the settings, it remembered everything. how??

I have never seen anything but "403 Forbidden" for anything "streamcloud", ever.
(Unless they just block the US?)

This site i allowed it to play video but everywhere and every time in this site i click on anything i get lots of pop-up. how can i watch the video without getting them.i need some help?
