Nope, it was working fine after the release of the latest version of Leech.
I sort of suspect it changed mostly with a Firefox update (but I can't tell which one exactly unfortunately).

Hi All, I use FlashGot 1.5.6.13 with Firefox 48.0b10 on a Mac (macOS X 10.11.6). The add-on is set to download videos through Leech 3.1. Hi, I've been trying to use Leech with Flashgot in FireFox (under OS X 10.10.1) without much success so far. If I let Flashgot download through Firefox, everything is fine. If I configure it to download through Leech, nothing happens at all. Leech doesn't seem to see the download request and nothing...
