Re: noscript blocking "remote control" function of a site
Very old post, but as I finally found the proper syntax I figured it would be nice to post it. The following allowed me to get the viewed area loaded into JOSM. Site 127.0.0.1:8112 Accept from *.openstreetmap.org Deny The site port depends on if its a secure site being used or not. 8112 for secure a...

Re: noscript blocking login to openstreetmap.org
Thank you for that.
Thinking there is something going on with my nocript as it has been acting weird for a while. Sometimes causing pages to take ages to load or not load at all.
Is there a way to delete all noscript settings and remove it, and then try add it back in fresh?

Re: noscript blocking login to openstreetmap.org
Don't know what to say here now... Trying to reproduce again and its been working fine now for some reason. Earlier I tried over and over, but no chance. Logged in using Chrome with no problems. And each time I had disabled noscript in my Firefox addon list it was also possible to log in with firefo...

noscript blocking login to openstreetmap.org
As title says I can no longer log in to this site with noscript even active. Allow globally is not working.
Not using any of the 3rd party options btw.

Re: noscript allow ip subnet
Apparently it isn't working after all. Added 52.17 and 52.16 to the list but that range is still blocked. Added 54.72 the other day that worked fine.

Re: noscript allow ip subnet
Think I got it working now. Some streaming site using random IPs belonging to Amazon Web Services. It doesn't work right without it apparently.

Re: Problem with a page not displaying properly
Sorry for late reply, but it worked! Thank you! Hope there is a way to make a fix for this in noscript so all can benefit from it. Is there a a simple way to explain whats going on? I mean it's not working with noscript running and not blocking, but adblock is. But allowing adtech in noscript AND ma...

Re: Problem with a page not displaying properly
Heh. Completely lost me with all that. No idea what you really want me to do.
Should add that I also use AdBlock and blocking adtech.de there. Still the page work just fine as long as noscript is not active.
I have to disable noscript completely, just allowing scripts globally will not work.

Re: Problem with a page not displaying properly
Only sites that show up in noscript is vg.no(allowed), newrelic.com(allowed), google.com(allowed) and adtech.de(blocked).
I tried posting the console data in a code block and it still got spam flagged. Thats why I tried to use pastebin.

Problem with a page not displaying properly
I cant get most of the live pages at direkte.vg.no to display properly. Been trying to post the console data, but the spam filter refuses to accept it. Even tried posting a link to pastebin. Use this code with no spaces at the pastebin site: V Q L T Q G 2 X Posting that code with no spaces triggers ...

[RESOLVED] NS blocking "remote control" function of a site
Having an issue with noscript and openstreetmap.org
When I want to edit map in view using the remote control for JOSM or Merkaator I get an error message.
I have to completely disable noscript addon for this to work and have JOSM load the map in view for edit.
