I created a new profile and I still have to click in the browser window to close the NoScript menu. Hovering the cursor over the icon in the toolbar opens the menu as before. If I change a permission, I still have to click in the browser window to implement the change and close the menu.

I disabled all of the other add-ons. It made no difference. I re-enabled them and still no difference.

It is happening on my win7 pro desktop machine and also my win10 preview machine which is a Dell Inspiron 1545. I also have a win7 pro install on another SSD for the laptop.
