Re: Sanitized suspicious request for MDC page
I just checked Fx12 and saw it there too. Both my initial report and with Fx12 were with older NoScript versions, so I upgraded to the latest NoScript and I still see it. STR: 1 - Go to that MDC page 2 - click alert() in the TOC sidebar so you point to the URL fragment that ends with #alert() 3 - re...

Sanitized suspicious request for MDC page
Hi, I just saw this while trying to load a page on MDC: [NoScript InjectionChecker] JavaScript Injection in ///en/XPCOM_Interface_Reference/nsIPromptService#alert() (function anonymous() {alert();DUMMY_EXPR;}) ---------- [NoScript XSS] Sanitized suspicious request. Original URL [https://developer.mo...

Re: noscript, boingboing.net and disqus
I'm getting a ClearClick warning for the post comment "reply" box on BoingBoing's Disqus implementation. I usually don't allow things I get a ClearClick warning for .. if I allow it does the permission persist? I notice there's no UI for a ClearClick exceptions whitelist (just the checkbox...

Re: noscript, boingboing.net and disqus
What's the difference, for items in the "Blocked Objects..." submenu, between an item, and the same item with a second site in parens next to it? I.e., what's the difference between these two? Temporarily allow *@http://mediacdn.disqus.com Temporarily allow *@http://mediacdn.disqus.com (ht...

Re: noscript, boingboing.net and disqus
Wow. I was pessimistic when I first asked, but that looks a lot better than I expected. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised at NoScript functionality.
Thanks.

noscript, boingboing.net and disqus
BoingBoing just switched over to using a Disqus back-end for comments on its blog posts. Until now, I've been able to use that site with JS completely off, but no longer. So I'm going to have to allow Disqus to take part in any discussions over there. Does anyone have any tips for only allowing JS f...

Re: Does NoScript block JScript in local files
I"m not brave enough to try the development build :) but I can report the same thing (disappearing permission) as reported above. I'll grant full permission to http://localhost:8080, which works fine for a while. This is permanent permission, not temporary. Every so often though, I'll restart a...
