That was mostly a cosmetic bug, anyway fixed in 12.0.901, which on the other brings a lot of dramatic future-proofing changes from the 12 MV3 branch (including the digit-only versioning): beware and brace!

You can safely ignore any `[Report Only]` line.
They're there to provide NoScript UI with the necessary feedback about page activity which is missing in Manifest V3.

You can explicitly set them as UNTRUSTED. Does it work for you?

12.0.5 is in the queue and here if you want to check it (it should fix most if not all the MV3 issues reported so far).

The red glow around a capability means that NoScript has detected attempts by the page to use it.

As said elsewhere, the "error" messages are irrelevant (report only, indeed).

Done. I've imported your list and everything works fine. Did you say disabling all the extension included uBlock didn't change anything?

1. Is it NoScript vesion 12.0.2?
2. Are you using uBlock Origin with some non-standard filter, and does it keep happenings when you disable all the other extensions?
3. Could you please share your NoScript Options>Export file?
