Hummm, actually playing with it a bit more it looks like it's AdBlock that's messing up the sites and not NoScript. Sorry, for the mistake. I'll go bug them now.

There's a shortcut in SeaMonkey, Ctrl+Shift+S that automatically brings up your search page when you hit it. Now, it brings up No Script options for that page, ie Forbid (url), Recently Blocked sites, Allow all scripts, etc. I'm guessing that No Script is taking over this shortcut. Is there any way ...
