No proxy (direct connection), although I believe that there is a transparent proxy installed at my ISP (after all, the reason I want to force HTTPS is that Facebook is blocked in my country, but I can access it using HTTPS...)

I tried the pattern ".facebook.com", then tried disabling all other Addons, but in both cases I still need to refresh.
