Currently you can add sites manually, in the noscript.forbidBG.exceptions about:config preference. How? Obviously just adding a space and then the URL of the site doesn't do the trick. Whenever I click "allow", it'll do the refreshing as long as I keep the tab focussed. As soon as I leave...
