Ok, got it figured out but I'm sure that I've always had the setting under the https tab set to always. I set it to never and now things are back to normal.

After upgrading to version 1.9.9.69 I no longer have the option to temporarily allow a site. My only options now are: Revoke temporary permissions Temporarily allow all this page. I never use this option Under "Recently Blocked sites" I have options to temporarily allow all for all the dom...
