I'm seeing exactly the same thing. If I copy and past the url from a google search, it comes up immediately, but if I click on the link I either get a noscript error page with a couple of URLs (nlevitra.com/..., ip address/..., etc.) or nothing and then a pause of ~10 seconds before the page I want ...
