is there a facility to enable one to 'subscribe' to ABE lists in much the same way one can subscribe to filter lists for ADP?

It's getting very old I cannot handle having to set disallow all scripts no only when firefox starts but whenever I spawn a new window- and sometimes new tabs in a window where I have already set disallow all.
