Whitelist partially forgotten after Firefox Updates?
Firefox 86, Windows 10, NoScript 11.2.3 Twice in the last few weeks most of my whitelist sites have been lost. Oddly, some of them are still retained - it is unclear why. This appears to occur after Firefox updates. Is this a known issue? Is there any fix other than manually exporting the whitelist ...

Re: NoScript and Firefox Sync
I just updated to Firefox 86 on my main Windows 10 machine, and observe that many of my NS whitelist entries have been forgotten. I haven't done an export for a while, since NS has been operating well for years. Are any automatic backups made? I have also recently added a new computer to my Firefox ...

Where is "make temporary settings permanant"?
Where is the function formerly known as "make all temporary settings permanent"? Once I find the working settings, It would be nice to set them to persist.

Too many NoScript XSS Warnings
I'm using NoScript 10.1.1 with Firefox 57.0.2 on Windows 10 / 64. I'm getting dozens of pop-up windows for NoScript XSS warnings. They are frequently from https://fthmb.tqn.com. "Block this request" is checked, and I click OK, but the same warning keeps popping up over and over. Where is t...

Where are the full options in NS v10?
NoScript 5 had an options dialog with multiple tabs, and an abundance of settings. https://i.imgur.com/EMDnsM4.png NoScript 10 offers this page for options: https://i.imgur.com/TAyM0yb.png Are all the previous settings somehow available through this page? If so, how do I access all the other setting...

Noscript 10.1.1 Options functionality
I installed NoScript 10.1.1 in Firefox 57 on Windows 10 / 64. I'm very happy it has been released! Thanks! NoScript appears in the Tools / Addons menu and looks normal. There are three buttons for Options, Disable, Remove. Clicking the Options button displays a page a list of my whitelisted sites. T...

It talks about copying selective files. I thought there was a change between 5...

Re: Firefox 57 and NoScript
I wish the part of the note on the noscript.net home page that says "you can still use the "regular" NoScript 5.x (and all the other extensions of yours) on Firefox 52 ESR" could be further clarified and explained. My understanding (from trying it and wondering why it failed) tha...

Re: Firefox 57 and NoScript
@4AD, unfortunately the rollback to ESR doesn't seem to work properly. I followed your steps exactly, installing ESR portable in a new folder, and copying the full profile folder from FF57 over to ESR's profile folder. The ESR portable version definitely picked up some of my profile, because it has ...

Re: Firefox 57 and NoScript
Switched temporary to Firefox ESR Portable with uBlock and NoScript, leaving the installed 57 untouched for the moment. @4AD, that's a good idea. So we would reverse the process and copy the profile back from ESR portable to FF57 when NoScript is supported? Otherwise, everything done while using Po...

Re: Suggestion - pop up reminder about forms that auto-clear
Right - I understand NoScript can't solve the issue of poorly coded sites. I was just hoping it might be able to _detect_ the sites with the problem and give the user a warning notice so they don't forget to enable javascript on the site before starting to fill out the form.

[RESOLVED] pop up reminder about forms that auto-clear
I sometimes fill out a form, click submit, and nothing happens. Then I find the proper domain to enable in NoScript. Then the page reloads, and the form is cleared, so I have to fill it out again. Not all forms have this problem, so it must have something to do with the way they are implemented. I d...

Just curious - NoScript version numbering progression?
NoScript is so functional now there doesn't seem to be any major need for an update to version 2.0 coinciding with major changes. But it is also one of the most frequently updated programs I have ever seen. What happens as the version number is asymptotically approaching 2.0? Do you go from 1.9.9.50...
