Perhaps it is time for Noscript to become Open Source or closed source to speed up development then.

It is certainly not a perfect solution. Another possibility would be to generate a some sort of weighted scores based on the sites listed on the security and privacy links. It would also help if there was a option that would to describe the functions of a certain script.

I notice when I use Tor browser it only allows me the option to "temporaily allow this page" instead of allowing individual scripts.....? My understanding that is that Noscript was not properly implemented for Tor

Perhaps we could have a feature that would allow report safe and unsafe scripts. Then people could vote if they are safe or unsafe. Part of the problem is that I run into sites where there is a bunch of scripts and it is a big hassle to unblock them all.

We know that certain scripts we run across all the time is not malicious. So therefore it would be nice if we allow them all the time. It's a hassle having to unblock a lot of scripts to view a page. Not sure why a global script db would not work...? Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "allow ...

It would be helpful if there was a global whitelist. Currently you can whitelist indidividual sites. But it would be more helpful if you can all a script for all sites. Another possibility is if you can download a db of safe scripts that noscript could check.

It would be helpful if there was Script scanner that would identify malicious and potential harmful scripts... It's a big hassle to unblock scripts until a page functions.

Suggestion: script identifier

I really like noscript, but it would be helpful if there way of showing the info or properties for a scripts. And or warning that script is harmful..?
