Re: Problem with new Firefox 29
I also suspect a Firefox issue. Looks to me like NoScript is exposing the problem rather than causing it. Does it happen with other extensions (that require a browser restart) also? What if you extract Firefox into your home directory instead, so that you would run ~/firefox/firefox to start it? Yo...

Re: Problem with new Firefox 29
I run NS on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04 64bit) and have recently tried NS on Fx10,17,24-31 without issues. I am not a developer. I am one of the moderators on the official Mozilla Fx support forum, but this week only, we do have developers available dealing specifically with Fx29 problems on the forum. Fx w...

Re: Problem with new Firefox 29
What makes you think this is a NoScript issue ? You say 1) The browser is installed from the official Mozilla tarball into /opt directory on my Debian Wheezy (stable) box. The system is 32 bit. Java version: 7u45. 2) There is no profile at all. A fresh start. 3) Install NoScript, the browser asks to...

Re: NoScript and Firefox Sync
Firefox sync should work, and does work for me. Firefox sync should work for you, if not then please read on for how to get help. I just came here to say I've never had NoScript syncing actually work in the few years since it was a feature. No offense but there's no documentation save for threads w...

Re: NoScript is support? Australis?
Firefox 29 with the new Australis look will be out today.
Personally I have used Firefox 29 for many weeks (Pre release versions) now and can confirm NoScipt does work with Australis. The dragable icons may be rather fuzzy looking however.

Re: NoScript and Firefox Sync (New Version with Fx29)
Just thought I would mention the New Firefox 29 Releases today, and has a new version of Sync that is rather different from the old one. I do not often post here, maybe it would be better to stare a new thread about the new Sync. Official documentation from Mozilla Firefox How to Setup Sync (Firefox...

[resolved] NS icons disappeared
UPDATE SORRY TEMPORARY PROBLEM BACK TO NORMAL NOW, feel free to delete post. It will probably be a few days before I get back to this problem. My NoScript icon has disapeared. I may have made a mistake with settings but if so not sure what I have done wrong. I am using Firefox 21.0a2 (2013-04-01) on...

Re: firefox running at 100% after last update
Firefox needs few resources, and your machine certainly should not be running at 100% CPU on a simple forum. If your prolbem is definitely NoScript related then others will be more knowledgeable and better albe to help you. My comments are Clean Profile It is worth ruling out Firefox problems by cre...

Re: firefox running at 100% after last update
Hi Bob, I note you are apparently only on Firefox 17. It is probably worth updating that. The current release is fx19 with fx20 due out any day now. It is in fact unusual Firefox has not auto updated. Are you using ESR or deliberatly blocking updates? If someone is going to try to help you I imagine...

Re: firefox running at 100% after last update
UPDATE/EDIT :? I STILL SEE PROBLEMS WITH NoScript DISABLED, WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IT SEEMS I AM INCORRECT IN ATTRIBUTING IT TO NO SCRIPT I seem to have started having problems. Sometimes high CPU, at one point maxing out, more ususally now (120/4)% but drops to say (10<50/4)% with ns disabled . Very ...
